General Comments: #3. Patch hole in wall in storage room on 2nd floor and repaint wall. Touch-up paint throughout where needed if needed. (lower section of wall in hallway area and door framings). Monitor water stained ceiling tiles for any roof or HVAC leaks and replace water stained ceiling tiles. #8. Observed several hand washing sinks in soiled/bio hazard rooms blocked with equipment, trash, etc. Keep hand washing sinks accessible at all times. Increase the frequency of removing trash and soiled linens from soiled/bio hazard rooms. Items removed from in front of hand washing sinks at time of inspection.
