3. Observed stained ceiling tiles in hallways near 310 and 3255. Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. 17. Observed water fountain on first floor with low pressure. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and properly regulated. 15A NCAC 18A .1314 (a). 18. Observed pitcher in 2257 not labeled. Label all disposable water pitchers with the resident's/patient's first name and last name. 15A NCAC 18A .1314 (a). 34. Observed uncovered bed in hallway in hallway on 2nd and 3rd floor hallways Clean linen shall be stored and handled in a separate room or area, or in another manner that will prevent contamination of clean linen. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). 39. Observed no date marks on sandwiches in mother baby nourishment room. All food and food supplies provided by an institution shall be from sources that comply with 15A NCAC 18A. 2600.
