General Comments

8. Observed 2 shower heads in second floor patient rooms collecting pink residue.**Keep all bathing fixtures clean and in good repair.42. Observed milk on cart to be delivered to nourishment rooms at 52 degrees. Staff stated that all food is obtained from kitchen and stays on cart until completing the second and third floors, this process takes about an hour and a half. Recommend keeping milk cooled on ice during transport.**Potentially hazardous food must be kept at 45 degrees or below.Matt Cook, REHS and Alex Torres, REHSI present during inspection.
