No points were deducted for the following: 3. Observed water stained ceiling tile with water marks on the wall leading to the hopper in the soiled room in Post-Op. Ensure that leak is not ongoing and if so repair. Work order submitted during the inspection. **Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. 21. Observed bag of trash on the floor in the soiled room in Post-Op. Trash was placed in bin. Ensure that trash are placed within covered bins. **All solid wastes containing food scraps or other decomposable materials shall, prior to disposal, be kept in leak-proof, non-absorbent containers, which shall be kept covered with tight fitting lids when filled or stored, or not in continual use. 15A NCAC 18A .1316 (a). 33. Observed one pillow case torn in room 7018. Pillow case was removed during inspection. **Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each individual and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b).
