General Comments: #1. Continue to replace cracked/damaged floor tiles at expansion joints in the hallway area. #3. Continue to patch small holes in walls and continue to touch-up paint throughout where needed. #18. Cup dispenser(1) covered at time of inspection to prevent the contamination of Styrofoam cups. #8. Observed the hand washing sink in soiled utility room not operating at time of inspection. Maintenance was informed and hand washing sink repaired at time of inspection. The ground breaker for the sensor on the hand washing sink tripped. Electrical outlet reset and hand washing sink is operable. **Monitor***
