NO POINT DEDUCTION FOR THE FOLOWING: 2. Observed the floor grout needed cleaning in the ED patirent restroom. Clean grout to eliminate odor. **Keep all flooring clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a). 3. Observed a wall with chipping paint near the sofa in room 7018. **Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. 8. Observed the toilet seat (bottom side) with brown residue in room 2106 (clean room). **Keep all toilet equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (b). 4. Observed lights with dead insects in the 5tf floor waiting area restrooms. **Keep light fixutres clean and in good repair. 36. Observed the mcrowave was not clean in 6th floor nourishment. **Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. See rule .1320 (c). 39. Observed several turkey sandwiches date labeled for discard was labeled 12/19 in the ED, and sugar was stored beneath the sink in 2nd floor nourishment room. **All food and food supplies provided by an institution shall be from sources that comply with 15A NCAC 18A. 2600.
