General Comments

Observed: Loose wall paper and corner wall molding in the basement. Paint in need of touching up in the trash room, janitor closet, and Endo. Damaged wall molding in OR. Repair the corner of the wall in room 2110. Damaged wall base near the blanket warmer in ER.Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310.10: Provide date on bedpan (room 3107). Label all disposable bed pans with the residents/patients name and date. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (c). 15: Provide vacuum breakers on shower wands in shower rooms (floors 5/4).Cross-connections with sewage lines, non-potable water supplies, or other potential sources of contamination are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A .1313 (d). 17: Decrease water pressure at water fountain near room 1809.
