These facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed slow draining at hand sinks in ED OBS area, mildew around faucet at hand sink in women restroom Pre-Op waiting area. Damage/stain toilet seat in woman restroom in lobby area. Point remain the same due to major improvement. |
