In the recovery room water temperature ranged from 81F-98F. Provide tempered water between 105F to 116F. |

Each refrigeration unit shall be provided with an indicating thermometer that is accurate to ±3 degrees Fahrenheit or ±1.5 degrees Celsius.- Observed malfunctioning thermometer indicating temperature at 67F in ER nourishment room refrigerator. The ham sandwich in the refrigerator temperature measured at 41F. Obtain a new working indicating thermometer. |
