Move clean storage shelving away from hand washing sink in special care nursery to prevent contamination of clean items. Observed clean linen bin uncovered in storage room which is also used for general storage. Keep clean linen bin covered when linen is store with general storage. Observed clean linen placed on stretchers throughout the ER in the hallway area. Cover stretcher in ER with a cover sheet since the ER is a high traffic area and to prevent the contamination of cleaan linen on stretchers stored in the ER.
