No points were deducted for the following: 2. Observed floors with build-up or debris behind washer/dryers all behavioral health units. Keep all flooring clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a). 4. Burnt out lights in EVS closet, 6D. **All areas shall have sufficient illumination. Maintain 10 foot candles of light at 30 inches above the floor in all areas other than food service areas. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (a). 28. Observed gloves, pillows, and debris on the floor in soiled utility closets on units 4C and 6F. Suitable rooms or spaces shall be provided for the storage of all necessary equipment, furniture, and supplies, and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (a). 34. Observed clean linen not covered and bag of sheets on floor, clean holding on 6D. Clean linen shall be stored and handled in a separate room or area, or in another manner that will prevent contamination of clean linen. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b).
