#1. Repair floor in OR sterile core A. #2. Clean floor in ICU room 11. #3. Touch-up paint throughout where needed. Observed water stained ceiling in waiting room in ICU/CCU waiting area. Observed build up on wall in soiled storage closet room in 7047. Observed scuffing’s on wall and chippings wall joints throughout unit 7D. Secure metal flashing around elevator on 6th floor. 8. Observed build up around faucet/ aerator screen on hand sink in Ultrasound room 6.
