Observed re-caulking needed behind hand sink of room 46 behavioral health ED and hand sink and toilet of D side ED restroom. Observed build up on shower curtain in rooms 5821 and C573. Observed tread peeling in D596 tub. Observed cracked/peeling surface of tub in C581 and C583. Observed water leaking from handle of sink in 5802. Observed calcium build up on shower head in C573. Observed loose toilet seat, hall dialysis unit. |

Refurbish or replace damaged furniture in waiting area at 7C and mother baby waiting area. Damaged mattress in mother baby area replaced at time of inspection. Observed build up on seams of mattress in room 631 in CICU. Linen were removed and mattress was cleaned. Handles broken off drawers at nursing station on 3rd floor in need of repair; Shelving in Med room 4th floor having dried fluids collected on bottom shelf in need of general cleaning. Observed ripped pillow in 785 (7D). Observed the head cushion of the eye stretcher in disrepair in OR B-side. The inside cushion is exposed in areas. Observed cushions torn on the Jackson table in the OR hall. Observed mattress with rips and tears in room 6 of D side ED. Observed peeling mattress in CVRU bay 6. Observed damaged/torn pillows in C581, 5802 and C583. Observed damaged cabinet shelving in 5C med room, damaged laminate in drawer of C583, cracked laminate at the vent in C581, broken cabinet hinge in D596, broken handle in 5F med room. Observed drawers in 5D med room in need of cleaning. Observed frayed chair seat C346 (dialysis). Observed torn pillows H36 (hospice). |
