General Comments

Observed faucets leaving water on for less than 15sec in behavioral health units. Longer water running times will allow for more effective handwashing. 4) Observed light not working in nourishment room of special maternity. 1) Keep all flooring in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a) and (b). Observed floors with heavy dust and debris accumulation throughout 6D, 7D, and 7E.
