NO POINTS TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #42. All potentially hazardous food products shall be maintained at 45°F, or below, or 140°F or above except during necessary periods of preparation and serving. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (a). Observed milk temping at 47F in nourishment kitchen located in unit "C". Facility stated that refrigerator had been recently stocked and per temperature log chart the unit was holding within the required temperature range a few hours prior to inspection.
