General Comments: #3. Continue to clean scuff marks from walls. Touch-up paint where needed. Monitor and make sure leak in central supply has been repaired. No sign of roof/ceiling leak. Informed by staff the reason why plastic was taped to the ceiling and directed to the trash can was due to a previous leak. **Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. #8. Leaking lug arm on toilet in 3009 repaired at time of inspection.**Keep all toilet equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (b). #13.Observed hot water temperature at hand washing sink on third floor reach 118F. Mixing valve adjusted at time of inspection and observed water temperature throughout during the rest of the inspection 114-116F. #21. Observed cardboard dumpster lids damaged. Replace cardboard dumpster with broken lids. **All solid wastes containing food scraps or other decomposable materials shall, prior to disposal, be kept in leak-proof, non-absorbent containers, which shall be kept covered with tight fitting lids when filled or stored, or not in continual use. 15A NCAC 18A .1316 (a).
