No Points Deducted: #8. Observed a damaged cabinet at the sink in room 307. Observed tape on the shower hose in room 347. Observed the shower chair in room 347 with residue. Observed the toilet chair in room 428 with residue. Keep all restroom and bathing equipment clean and in good repair. #28. Observed empty containers for crackers in the 4th floor nourishment room with debris. Observed the 4th room med room refrigerator collecting residue. Keep all storage areas clean. #43. Observed a damaged thermometer in the 3rd floor nourishment room refrigerator. Keep all thermometers in good repair. #17. Per 15A NCAC 18A .1313 (f) add the following to your back up water supply plan. 1) Indicate in the plan that the facility will continue to clean and disinfect common surfaces with pre-mixed cleaners and disinfectants (ex. toilet surfaces)
