*** Observed throughout the building, staff restroom toilet, hand sinks, showers (children unit, 2310-2E-82, 2304-2E-80, South adult unit- 1S-79, 1S-75, patient bathroom 1221, 1226, One north unit- patient bathroom 1276, 1281, 1272, 1237, 1232, etc..) All units need detailed cleaning. Caulking needed for hand sinks around toilet, shower where is applicable. Keep all bathroom facilities clean and good repair. |
