GENERAL COMMENTS NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #8. Keep all bathing equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (a) and (f). Observed minor black build up inside of the grout in shower rooms located in ED units. Observed missing drain cover in shared bathroom on North unit, a work order has been submitted, thus no points. *NOTE: Jamil Blackmon and LeAndrea Combo were present during time of inspection. Inspection report was emailed to tracy.cleghorn@atriumhealth.org
