Observed broken staff hand sink in staff restroom on 6A, slow drainage at two of the hand sinks on ICU, need repair. Observed hand sink in soiled utility room 4B was blocked by roller cart. Hand sinks at the end of the hallway 4T was blocked by chairs/carts. 0bserved broken toilet chair in room 11202. Urine build-up fronts of toilets and urinals, hall bathrooms between 11A and 11B. Hand sinks blocked 11A med area soiled utility. |
