#1.Keep all flooring in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a) and (b). Reseal joints/seams of rubber flooring throughout where needed. #3.Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. Monitor water stained ceiling tile in radiology and replace if needed. Repair wall around window in 11128. Observed where walls have been patched throughout. Repaint walls where repairs have taken place. #8.Keep all bathing equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (a) and (f). Observed grout in shower soiled in 11004 and 9016. Observed slow draining hand washing sink in 8111. #21. Solid waste containers, rooms, or designated areas shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1316 (c). Have trash removed from soiled utility room more often/frequent to prevent overflow of trash in room. #26. The premises shall be kept neat, clean, and free of litter. 15A NCAC 18A .1317 (c). Observed debris/litter around dumpster/compactor area. #36. All utensils and food contact surfaces of equipment used in the preparation, service, display, or storage of potentially hazardous foods shall be cleaned and sanitized prior to each use. 15A NCAC 18A .1320 (c). Defrost and clean freezer section of dorm refrigeration unit on 5th, 6th tower nourishment area. Clean interior of microwave on 5th tower and LCH ED nourishment area.
