General Comment: #8. Monitor and address slow draining hand washing sink in 11T at nurse station. Monitor and repair counter top and wall around hand washing sink in 11T nurse station. Address slow draining hand washing sink in 9th floor men's public restroom. #17. Increase water pressure on water fountain at 7th floor intersection. Recommend placing sign at water fountain stating "Do Not Use" throughout hospital. General cleaning of water fountains from where the genral public is pouring liquids down. #18. Observed single service articles not properly stored in 9A and 9T. #19. Observed soiled ice machine throughout Children Levine and dialysis unit #32. Observed torn mattress in unltra sound 3. Observed damaged linen bin cover on 11T. #34.Observed other supplies (urinal, diapers and women personal items stored in or on clean linen in 9T. #36. Observed build-up on interior of microwave top in 5T and 7A. #43. Replace broken thermometer in refrigeration unit in 9A nourishment room.
