(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) 1. Observed flooring in slight disrepair in 600 nourishment. Keep floor in good repair. 16. Back up water supply plan provided. Ensure 2 liters of drinking water are provided per person per day. 30. Observed 1 med cart collecting slight debris 900 hall. Keep med cart drawer free of residue build up. Observed 1/2 of drinking cups same cart 900 hall not fully protected. Keep all mouth contact portions of drinking cup free of potential contamination by either placing bag over cups and or keeping supply below holster. 32. Observed rip in transport chair located in 700/600 spa with rips and tears in arm rest. Arm rest in need of repair. Mr. McDaniel and Mr. Drew Richard were present during inspection.
