General Comments

Scott Hope (maintenance) was present during the inspection. The Bathroom on the "Cottage" hall was not inspected due to construction. NO POINT DEDUCTION FOR THE FOLLOWING: 12. Observed the soap dispenser was broken (soap not accessible) in the "Country Lane" laundry room. **Ensure that all hand washing sinks have accessible hand soap. 34. Observed no test strips available in laundry rooms; test strips were stored in maintenance office. Provide test strips in laundry room so each load of common linen can be tested for proper sanitizing concentration.
