General Comments

General. Comment: #4. Observed blown light bulbs in light fixtures above vanity in several rooms. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixtures.**All areas shall have sufficient illumination. Maintain 10 foot candles of light at 30 inches above the floor in all areas other than food service areas. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (a). #5. Observed light dust on ventilation covers in public bathrooms and in some residents bathrooms. Thoroughly clean vent covers.**Keep all ventilation equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (b). #32. Observed some spots/stains on three chairs throughout facility. Thoroughly clean spots/stains on furniture.**All furniture, bed springs, mattresses, sleeping mats, draperies, curtains, shades, venetian blinds, or other furnishings in institutions shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (a). Observed thermometers missing from several facility refrigeration units used in assistant living rooms. Provide thermometer in refrigeration units provided by the facility.
