No points deducted: 8. Observed sink frame in bathing facility in room 7 with damage to wood near floor. Water could be absorbed and allow for bacteria to grow. Keep all bathing equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (a) and (f). 19. Observed calcium build-up in tray of ice machine that needs to be cleaned routinely, as well as emptying drain. Routinely wipe ice shoot to clear white build-up. Ice machines, buckets, other containers, and scoops shall be cleaned on a regular schedule such that they are kept free of scum, rust, mold or other contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1314 (b). 28. Observed box of single-service cups stored on the floor in electrical closet. Cups were relocated.
