NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #2 - Observed stained carpet by bed of room 417. #17 - Observed water fountains in main hallway with build-up around the nozzle. #30 - Observed med cart drawers with dust build-up and debris in need of cleaning. Observed pill crushers in need of cleaning on a few med carts. #36 - Observed nurse state that water pitchers on med carts are cleaned with soap and water everyday and are sanitized every two days. Ensure water pitchers are washed, rinsed, and sanitized daily.
