Observed backup water supply requiring update, premixed disinfectants are not on site.Provide a written plan that meets all parts of 15A NCAC 18A .1313 (f).33. Observed stained blanket and pillowcase in one resdient room. Observed one soiled utility cart not labled.Properly label all soiled linen carts. Change linens when soiled.42. Observed Azalea Lane kitchen with food in domestic refrigerator removed from temperature control at 12:00 pm. Caregiver stated that food would be served at 2:30 for the resident.Potentially hazardous foods served shall be either consumed or discarded within two hours of being removed from temperature control. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (a)
