General Comments

NO POINTS TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #8. Toilet, handwashing, and bathing facilities must be conveniently located and readily accessible to residents and staff. 15A NCAC 18A. 1312(a). Observed soiled toilet seat in room 19. Observed loose toilet seat in room 3. Facility has improved since last inspection regarding 15A NCAC 18A. 1312 (a). #26. The premises shall be kept neat, clean, and free of liter. 15A NCAC 18A. 1317 (c). Observed large dresser in dumpster area. Remove. #43. All refrigerators shall have a thermometer and situated so that the thermometer can be easily read. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (b). Observed no thermometer in room 18 refrigerator. **NOTE** Facility was unable to provide contact time for disinfectant used in shared spa areas. EHS contacted Ecolab representative Kali Ferguson and he emailed facility and EHS contact time for disinfectant (10 minutes). Facility was advised to keep information on site. Original copy was unable to be signed due to CDP error during the time of inspection. EHS emailed a scanned copy to dbrown@thelittleflower.net
