General Comments

Marvin Clinkscales and Bill Harris were present during the inspection. NO POINTS DEDUCTION FOR THE FOLLOWING: 18. Observed single service cups were not protected in the main hallway near the 2nd floor dining room. **All multi-use drinking water utensils shall be cleaned and sanitized between users. 15A NCAC 18A .1314 (a). 30. Observed over stacked drinking cups on a med cart on the 2nd. **Food and utensils used on medication carts shall be handled in a sanitary manner. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (c). 36. Observed plates and bowl were uncovered in the dining room near the steam table. **Cover or invert clean dishware. 43. Observed the thermometer in the med room (2nd floor) was stored inside the freezer. **All refrigerators shall maintain a temperature of 45°F or below. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (b).
