(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) 13. Observed hot water registering below 100F in following rooms: 325, 212, and 214. Water shall be provided at minimum of 100F and not exceed 116F. 24. Observed 2 dead insects present in housekeeping ceiling light cover. 3. Observed 1 stained ceiling tile in housekeeping closet 3rd floor. Keep all floors, walls, ceilings clean and in good repair. 36. Observed shelving under stove collecting residue in need of cleaning in 2nd floor kitchen area. 27. Observed Brandy the Pony Rabies vaccine had expired 5 days ago. Keep all records up to date. Ms. Mary Ellison was present during inspection.
