General Comments

Mercedes Doss, Kerry Alexander, Randy Cook and Tonia Brewer were present during the inspection.#2 - Observed the floor under the bed with accumulated dust in room C310. **Keep all flooring clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a).#11 - Observed used utensil and food debris inside of hand washing sink inthe 2nd floor satallite kitchen. **Except for the stipulations stated in rule .1312 (d), handwashing sinks shall only be used for handwashing. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (d). #15 - Observed the condensation tube/pipe extended into floor drain int he 2nd floor satellite kitchen. **Do not allow condensation tube to extend into floor drain. **Cross-connections with sewage lines, non-potable water supplies, or other potential sources of contamination are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A .1313 (d).#43 - Observed the refrigerator thermometer was broken in room C338. **All refrigerators shall have a thermometer and situated so that the thermometer can be easily read. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (b).GREAT IMPROVEMENT!
