Keep all flooring in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a) and (b). Repeat- Observed several transition strips missing and tape in its place. Maintenance said they are looking for flat transition strips, because doors were hanging up or causing a trip hazard.
Floors shall be free of obstacles to cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a). Observed boxes stored on floor in storage/maintenance rooms. Flooring in disrepair in bathroom of room 1122. |
