General Comments

1) All areas shall have sufficient illumination. Maintain 10 foot candles of light at 30 inches above the floor in all areas other than food service areas. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (a). Observed burnt light bulb or dim light in the following areas: 1st floor clean linen closet, room 1117 shower, 2nd floor Bathe suite shower. CDI - Maintenance replaced all the light bulbs. 2) All solid wastes containing food scraps or other decomposable materials shall, prior to disposal, be kept in leak-proof, non-absorbent containers, which shall be kept covered with tight fitting lids when filled or stored, or not in continual use. 15A NCAC 18A .1316 (a). Observed no drain plug on both dumpster. Obtain a plug to prevent attracting and harboring pests. Inspection was led by Aimee Lee

Observed shower floor in the bathe suite accumulating pink residue. Keep all handwashing facilities clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (b) Observed the following handsink clogged: room 1102 and first floor community bathroom.
