NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #26. The premises shall be kept neat, clean, and free of litter. 15A NCAC 18A .1317 (c). Observed mattress and washing machine stored outside of dumpster area. Per conversation with Head of Maintenance a call has been made for city to pick up items. #43. All refrigerators shall have a thermometer and situated so that the thermometer can be easily read. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (b). Observed no thermometer in refrigerator in room 1217. *NOTE: Head of Maintenance was present during time of inspection.
