Observed shower curtain with some staining and pink build up on shower floor in room 210. Observed caulking in need of cleaning/repair in shower of 204. Observed chipping toilet seat in room 23. Needs cleaning/repair. REPEAT. |

Equipment located within a bathing facility that uses a pump to move water shall be kept clean in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Observed build up in tubs in bathtique rooms on each floor. Needs cleaning. Staff stated these are not used often. |
