Hot water shall be provided at temperatures between 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 116 degrees Fahrenheit at handwashing and bathing facilities. Observed hot water at 120F in room 113 and 119F in resident room on second floor. Points not escalated due to maintenance adjusting water heater during inspection. REPEAT |
