General Comments

#3: The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. All walls shall be easily cleanable and shall have washable surfaces to the highest level reached by splash or spray in rooms or areas where such occur. Observed holes in the wall in the common area toilet. Maintenance is currently replacing old paper towel holders with newer and smaller ones and will patch and paint when completed.

Observed damaged sponge resident use for back and leg support in Rm#119. Maintenance discarded and will replace with new one. Advise to put a protective cover on the new one.
