General Comment: #4. Observed several blown light bulbs in light fixture above hand washing sink and in showers in residents bathroom. Replace blown light bulbs or repair light fixture in residents bathroom.**All areas shall have sufficient illumination. Maintain 10 foot candles of light at 30 inches above the floor in all areas other than food service areas. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (a). #5. Clean front cover and top of heating and cooling unit in styling center.**Keep all ventilation equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (b). #8. Observed damaged cushion toilet seat in room 203. Replace damaged cushion toilet seat.**Keep all toilet equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (b). #10. Observed 1 bed pan not labeled. Label all disposable bed pans with the residents/patients name and date. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (c). #32. Clean spot of curtain separating beds in (1) room. Replace over bed table in room 107 with damaged covering. Have family member to replace (1)stained pillows in room 205. Replace mattress covering in room 127 with small tear.**All furniture, bed springs, mattresses, sleeping mats, draperies, curtains, shades, venetian blinds, or other furnishings in institutions shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (a).
