Observed toilet screw caps missing from the base of toilets in several bathrooms. Observed caulking needed at the base of most toilets in bathrooms throughout. Observed soiled exterior of tub in spark center spa bathroom. Observed hair coming out of the shower wand in the 900 hallway spa bathroom. Observed and rip and cleaning needed on the bottom of the Geri chair in 100 hallway spa bathroom.
