NO POITNS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #16. Observed no backup water supply plan. Provide a written plan that meets all parts of 15A NCAC 18A .1313 (f). Back up water supply plan was present during last inspection, head administrator was not present during time of inspection and staff could not find back up water supply plan. #30. Food and utensils used on medication carts shall be handled in a sanitary manner. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (c). Observed black build up inside of pill crushers on several medication carts within facility. #33. Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each individual and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). Observed staining on bed linen in room 409. Observed minor tears on sheet in room 210. *NOTE: Inspection was co-lead with Naly Lor and Alexis Welch. Head of Maintenance, Leon, was present during time of inspection.
