General Comments

No points were issued for the following: 1. Observed linoleum torn in front of dryer in the laundry room, needs to be repaired. **Keep all flooring in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a) and (b). 9. Observed "Broda" chair stored in the shower room on the 300 Hall. Needs to be removed. **Toilet rooms shall not be used for storage. See rule .1312 (b). 10. Observed urinal not labeled in one resident room. Room is a single but I explained to staff to ensure that they're labeled in all rooms where they are used. **Label all disposable bed pans with the residents/patients name and date. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (c). 32. Observed torn pillows in rooms 302 and 410. Pillows were removed. **All furniture, bed springs, mattresses, sleeping mats, draperies, curtains, shades, venetian blinds, or other furnishings in institutions shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (a).
