Note: Ensure that Ecolab leaves a copy of when they come check the sanitizer in machines due to clothes being comingled and washed together. ****All common linen including sheets, pillow cases, absorbent pads, towels, and wash cloths provided by the facility must be sanitized between users with an EPA registered laundry sanitizer or by other methods described in 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). No points were issued for the following: 3. Observed wall peeling in soiled utility closet near nurse's station near 400 hall. Observed wall peeling behind bed in room 409. Needs to be repainted. **Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. 5. Observed vent filter with build up in Activity room. Needs to be replaced. **Keep all ventilation equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (b). 10. Observed disposable urinals not labeled in rooms 208 and 301. Ensure urinals are being labeled. **Label all disposable bed pans with the residents/patients name and date. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (c). 12. Observed no paper towels at the handwashing sink in bathing suite near the nurse's station. Needs to be provided. **Provide liquid soap and disposable towels at all handwashing sinks. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (d).
