No points deducted: #2. Floors shall be free of obstacles to cleaning and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1309(a). Observed damaged flooring in laundry room near can wash and cracked flooring in restroom near 300 hallway. #3. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. Observed larged hole in wall in laundry room near washers and wall in need of touch up paint in restroom near 300 hallway. #17. Drinking fountains shall be of sanitary angle-jet design, kept clean and properly regulated. 15A NCAC 18A .1314(a). Observed drinking fountain near copy room with calcium build-up. Needs to be cleaned. #33. Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each individual and shall be changed when in soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1319(b). Observed torn linen in room 312 and room 105. #35. Patient contact items shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1319(c). Observed torn pillows in room 312, 105 and in physical therapy room.
