General Comments

Leon Terrell and Jeff Bardo (ED) were present during the inspection. The 300 hall was completely vacant of residents. No points were deducted for the following: 4. Observed a light not working in a storage closet. and light cover in need of securing in the main hall storage closet 7. Observed the activity room with a mild cigarette smoke odor. **Smoking rooms shall be ventilated to prevent environmental tobacco smoke from moving into other portions of the building. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (e). 14. Observed no disinfectant available for the whir pool tub in the 200 hall community bathroom. **A cleaning detergent and an EPA registered hospital disinfectant shall be accessible to all bathing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (f). 15. Observed the backup water supply plan was unorganized. Create one complete document that included all requires parts of the plan. **A back-up water supply plan guidance document was issed. 43. Observed the thermometer was inaccurate in the central nourishment room. **replace with an accurate thermometer.
