Jane Jackson and Mr. Leon Terrell were present during the inspection.#8 - Observed several carts were stored in front of the hand washing sink in the laundry room. **Toilet, handwashing, and bathing facilities must be conveniently located and readily accessible to residents and staff. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (a).#13 - Observed the hot water throughout the building was 116.4F - 117.5F. **Maintain the hot water at all resident accessible handwashing sinks and bathing facilities within the temperature range of 100°F to 116°F. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (e).#19 - Observed an ice cooler without a drain. **Keep the ice drained. #33 - Observed the "soiled linen" label had worn off the soiled linen cart in the thearapy room. **Carts used for soiled laundry shall be labeled for soiled laundry use only. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b).
