Observed resident hand washing sinks inside bathrooms measuring 119F on North Hall rooms. #28 All patient care or consumable items or misc storage containers shall be stored at least 8 inches above the floor to facilitate cleaning and prevent contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (a). Observed storage directly on floor throughout facility.
