Observed pitted faucet fixtures on hand washing sinks throughout in residents' bathrooms and common bath/shower areas. Replace pitted faucet fixtures on hand washing sinks. Observed loose toilet seats in common shower/bath area and residents' bathrooms. Tighten loose toilet seats. Observed damaged toilet seats in several rooms(laminate worn from seat and damaged on underside); replace damaged toilet seats. Observed shower/bath/toilet fixture soiled in residents' bathrooms and common bath/shower areas.
