These facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed detached hand sink from wall, need caulking in room B hall room 1, C hall room 8, A hall room 7. Observed very loose toilet seat on C hall room 5 and 8. B hall room 1. Observed build up around faucet and base in D hall room 9. Observed soiled/stained shower stall in C hall room 8, B hall room 2 and 7. And an A hall shared shower room. Observed slow drainage at hand sink in B hall room 2 and 7. Repairing and cleaning needed. Keep bathroom facility clean and in good repair throughout the facility. -2 pts- |

.1313 (d) Institutions shall provide water heating facilities. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to carry out all operations. Hot water shall be provided at temperatures between 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 116 degrees Fahrenheit at handwashing and bathing facilities.- Observed hot water measured at 120F-122F in men and women restroom C/D hall way. D hall bathroom hand sink in room 4 measured at 101F and room 8 at 70F. In A hall shared shower room hand sink measured at 99F, room 7 measured at 77F, and room 3 measured 101F. In B hall room 2 hand sink measured 88F. Ensure to provide tempered water between 105F to 116F at anytime. -3 pts- |
