General Comment:
.1310 (a) The interior walls of the institution, including doors, windows and window trim, and ceilings, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed minor stain to ceiling tile in 128 and several small stains to ceiling tiles in the second floor training room. Staff checked tiles and began replacing them during the inspection. |
